“After purchasing the tickets from Viator, I expected that the QR code provided was the entrance ticket already. However, this was not the case and we actually had to line up two times (to claim the ticket and the actual entrance to the museum). There was no reminder that we needed to claim tickets from the booth first. Misleading advertisement since it is claimed as “skip the line””
