“in the beginning I was a bit concerned for it. Then I understand that the service etc was excellent and definitely worth the money we gave which was also good price. the service was very good, staff were their waiting for us in each stop with signs, very easy to find very good for exploring the city and also hear the history behind each building and area. i definitely recommend this activity for someone visiting vienna especially if it's first time there. you can also do as many stops as you like take photos videos and take the next bus in the same stop!!:)”

“I’ve been on several Big Bus routes in the last few years, and I found Vienna’s one of the best. Buses appeared on schedule, GPS tracking accurate and clear, and the information provided in audio recording was of interest.”

“The audio tour did not provide enough information. There were gaps in the audio where valuable history or cultural context could have been provided. The tour also seemed to sit in traffic quite a bit. We had a very short stay in Vienna and wished we hadn’t spent two hours on the bus. We bought a 24 hour pass and didn’t use the balance of it. The representative on the street was very nice and the bus was in good condition (the top glass roof is a plus on a rainy day).”

“A delightful tour! Karl was a wonderful guide and driver. He shared lots of information about Viennese history, culture, and food, along with amusing stories, as we wound our way through the city center. He really brought Vienna to life for us. Lots of fun and a great introduction to the city.”

“The bus had very little air conditioning. The tour did not match the tour descriptions. We were not going to stop at some of the locations we had researched and were hoping to see. We hoped off and did not return. Others we spoke with on our tour had the same experience.”

“It's good for a 2 day visit to see the main sights. No problem with entrance to the sights. Bus staff could have called out the next stop which would have been useful. Little guide useful in deciding which route to take. Bus stops not clearly signposted. Expensive but useful up to a point.”

“Plan is amazing. Whole city tour with hop on and off as much as you want “untill 17:00” which wasn’t mentioned until we went to the meeting point and get the brochures of the event. The thing is they divided the city tour into 2 lanes. Blue lane and red lane. One day is not enough at all to visit all destinations by hopping off the bus every single time so you have to pick locations by elimination method which was a clueless experience via google. We had the full package with my kids which included boat tour and ferris wheel ride and we didn’t have time to go there…”

“The buses were late. We were not able to take the river cruse even though we had paid $ 95 .00. We could have taken the yellow hop-on hop off for only $ 25.00. The waiting time for yellow ones was much less.”

Avant toute chose, Il faut IMPERATIVEMENT faire enregistrer ce QR Code soit auprès d'un chauffeur de Big Bus, soit auprès d'un correspondant Big Bus. Nous avions choisi Schonbrun comme 1ère activité. Nous nous rendons à ce château par nos propres moyens (bus + métro). A l'entrée, on nous refuse l'accès avec la lecture du premier QR Code. Après "quelques" minutes, nous comprenons qu'il faut nous rendre à l'arrêt N°6, ligne bleue du Big Bus, pour échanger ce QR…”
