They double charged us for our transfer when the circumstances were completely out of our control Our flight was delayed which caused us to miss our connecting flight so immediately upon landing I called the number on our reservation (which stated voicemail was unavailable so I could not leave a message) so I proceeded to contact Viator via WhatsApp. The operator stated "I will relay the message to the local tour operator". Apparently they did not do so as I received a call from the driver as we were boarding our new flight. Thankfully, upon landing our driver was there waiting…”

Thomas was extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and eager to share as much as possible with us. He even included a tour of the castle In Bratislava which was not part of the plan. He spent almost 2 extra hours with us. We felt very fortunate to have Thomas as our guide and also appreciated his expert driving skills!”
